Answer
Capture the conversation before it disappears.
Free business-case tool
Use your own call volume, missed-call count, customer value and recovery assumption to model the opportunity before you automate it.
The calculator
The tool never supplies a conversion rate for you. It simply turns your assumptions into a transparent estimate.
What this means: on your own inputs, the calculated opportunity is $177,703 a year. This is an estimate from your assumptions, not a promise. The real decision is whether recovering even a fraction of that opportunity is worth automating the process around it.
Why Telephoned.pro
Missed-call recovery is only one workflow. Telephoned.pro can connect customer communication, lead capture, qualification, follow-up, booking, routing, invoicing, payments and retention into one automation layer.
Capture the conversation before it disappears.
Carry the opportunity through the next steps.
Keep customer and operational systems in sync.
For agencies, associations and blogs
Help the businesses you work with see what missed calls cost them. Paste one snippet into any page; the calculator adapts to your layout and keeps a small credit link to Telephoned.pro.
Use the estimate as a starting point, then see how the connected workflow would actually work.
The calculator multiplies missed calls per week by your assumed recovery rate, then by the average customer or job value you enter. It converts a weekly estimate to a monthly estimate using the displayed 4.33-week convention, and multiplies the monthly result by twelve for an annualized scenario. These are arithmetic assumptions, not measurements of Telephoned.pro performance or industry conversion benchmarks.
Illustrative worked example: ten eligible missed inquiries in a week, a recovery assumption of ten percent and a customer value of one hundred dollars imply one additional customer and one hundred dollars of weekly gross revenue opportunity. The monthly convention produces about four hundred thirty-three dollars, before delivery costs, cancellations, taxes or capacity constraints. These example inputs are deliberately hypothetical and are not a quoted service price.
Count unique, relevant inquiries rather than every ring. Remove spam, duplicate calls and requests outside your service area. If the caller already booked through another channel, recovering that call does not create another customer. Use your call log and confirmed business records as the sources for your own inputs. There is no reliable universal conversion rate that can substitute for those records.

Is this profit? No. Customer value is gross value unless you deliberately enter a contribution amount. Capacity, labor, materials and other costs still matter. If a recovered inquiry displaces work you would have booked anyway, its incremental value is smaller than the headline scenario.
What should I use for recovery? Start with a conservative assumption and compare several scenarios. Track the actual outcome of returned calls or a carefully scoped pilot before replacing assumptions with observed results. A booking is not automatically a completed, paid job.
Does entering an investment amount show Telephoned.pro pricing? No. That optional field is your scenario input. Leave it blank to review opportunity only. Use the result to prepare questions about the workflow and measurement, then discuss the scope directly with the team.

Answering service cost depends on what is being purchased: receptionist minutes, calls, unique callers, AI usage or an employee's working time.
